Standard Items

What do we mean by standard items? Pretty much everything that doesn’t need a two-person van delivery — from household bits to tools and everyday essentials.

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days
Orders over £250: FREE delivery
Orders under £250: delivery charge applies (shown at checkout)
Next day delivery: available on selected items — just order before 2pm and we’ll take it from there

Once your order has been dispatched, our delivery courier will contact you directly with tracking and delivery updates so you know exactly when to expect it.

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

During busy periods or unexpected delays, things may take a little longer — if that happens, we’ll always keep you updated.

Heavy & Bulky Items (London)

This is the big stuff — appliances, furniture, and anything that needs a bit more muscle to deliver.

Standard delivery: 2–3 working days
Delivery window: 10am–5pm
Next day delivery: available for an additional £30
You’ll need to select your delivery option at checkout
Our team will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time

We’ll always aim to make delivery smooth and flexible, working around your schedule where we can.

Heavy & Bulky Items (Outside London)

For the bigger items we can’t deliver with our London vans, we use trusted delivery partners across the UK.

Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location
Delivery time slots depend on the courier in your area
Additional delivery charges may apply depending on item size and location
If there are any extra costs, we’ll always confirm them with you before dispatch

Once your order is on its way, you’ll get updates so you can follow its progress right through to delivery.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Got a big order? No problem — we handle wholesale and bulk deliveries across the UK.

Available throughout the entire UK
Pricing and delivery are quoted individually based on order size and location
We’ll work with you to arrange the best delivery setup for your order
For larger orders, we may plan delivery together in advance to make sure everything runs smoothly
